Martina graduated in 2016 at the University of Brescia. After a 18 months internship at the IP Court of Brescia, she joined Scarpellini & Naj-Oleari, where she is a member of the IP Team.
Given her experience in litigation and enforcement of IP rights, Martina advises fashion brands, well-known national and multinational companies on matters concerning Intellectual Property law, unfair commercial practices, advertising law, unfair competition, right of publicity and privacy law.
